BETHLEHEM — As small enterprise homeowners trudge via the financial shock of the COVID-19 pandemic, the city of Bethlehem has launched a brand new initiative to help their native entrepreneurs.
City leaders are encouraging residents to take to social media with pictures of themselves patronizing native companies with the hashtag #InvestInBethlehem to boost consciousness concerning the companies remaining open throughout the pandemic.
“The (Bethlehem Democratic Committee) has a terrific community that we wished to leverage in a method that will increase funds and construct neighborhood help for our companies and neighborhood members,” BDC Chair Joanne Cunningham mentioned in a press launch. “As native companies wrestle to remain open and preserve our neighbors employed, we’re encouraging everybody who is ready to help our native small enterprise neighborhood and neighborhood organizations.”
