MONROE, La (05-21-2020)–The College of Louisiana Monroe Faculty of Arts, Training, and Sciences (CAES) acknowledged excellent college students in its annual Awards Convocation on April 28, 2020, — pandemic restrictions however. As an alternative of the standard meeting in Biedenharn Recital Corridor, college and college students gathered in digital house, becoming a member of a Zoom ceremony for every of the 4 colleges within the school. 

“Celebrating achievement is considered one of our most necessary features,” noticed John Pratte, Ph.D., Dean of the faculty. “Particularly in these tough occasions, we have to let college students know that we proceed to help them and to worth educational excellence.”

Pratte delivered a particular message to honorees in each session, congratulating them on their achievements and expressing optimism that their creativity and problem-solving skills would meet the challenges dealing with the world in the present day.
