“We’re a newer organization in the Erie community more focused on keeping animals in their homes, their existing homes, then re-homing animals for others. So, we help with chronic conditions that care basic veterinary needs, micro-chipping, spaying, neutering, that kind of thing for animals that already have a home. We also do rescue . . . This is incredibly important just to introduce the Erie community to Companion Animal Coalition because we are new as of this year. So, it’s nice to be able to kind of display what we have to offer and how it’s different than the other organizations,” a volunteer for the organization Angela Mattern said.
